Once services are paid in full the booking is non-refundable. Once booked and confirmed, you will only receive package confirmation (Hotel & Tickets) week of travel, i.e., 5-2 days. Prior to event subject to supplier confirmation. Edusport reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation contained within a confirmed booking. Reasonable notice will be given.
