All quotes are valid on day quoted and are subject to rate of exchange fluctuations and availability at the time of booking. Payment Terms 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront to secure your booking. Balance due 12 weeks prior to event – Difference on rate of exchange will be adjusted in final invoicing which will be advised prior to payment. Once services are paid in full the booking is nonrefundable. Edusport reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation contained within a confirmed booking.
